The Plan?

The plan is to identify areas in Lifestyles that can be lacking or underuse of strengths.

The coaching sessions: Opportunity to discover inner strengths and empowerment.

The goal or your personal plan: Your ideal destination in mind, let us start planning together of what steps need to happen next.

Food: To gain an insight of foods that balance nutrients and how nutrition choices can shape the body’s energy.

Hydration: The importance of water intake on how it is an essential part of life and balance.  Water moves nutrients into vital cells, organs and assist to remove toxins from the body.

Movement/exercise: How circulation is an important part of how the body becomes balanced that provides energy and helps with detoxing.

Sleep: Explore how sleep has an important part in a daily plan to regain energy and helps the body to detox while sleeping.

Relaxation: Setting the tone for embracing down time is a healthy part of a daily regimen.

​

Stress Management: Exploring techniques to help with stress coping is part of mental detoxing and assist in well-being.

Relationships: Identifying what systems work with accountability that work towards a supportive health journey.
